Bipasha Basu launched her workout DVD for women Mumbai, and said even her macho beau
John Abraham could'nt resist trying out the fitness regime.
The 31-year-old launched her DVD, Bipasha Basu love yourself...fit & fabulous you, targeted at women.
"Even though I have targeted this DVD towards women, if guys want they can try too... John once tried the exercise and he was blown away," said Bipasha.
Bipasha, who is known to be a fitness enthusiast has created a unique work out programme lasting 25 minutes. The DVD has been launched under Shemaroo. It is based on the core idea and motive of being strong, healthy and loving yourself.
"Be strong and healthy, love yourself. Make time for your own self. Looking good is an extra bonus. If your health is good, every aspect of your life is fantastic. Your focus in life is better; you achieve your goals faster. Exercising and eating right is a big challenge. But we have to accept this challenge, if we love ourselves," added Bipasha.
The DVD is priced at Rs 299.
