Manoj Bajpaai was born on 3rd April in Belwa, a small village in West Champaran, Bihar. He went to Ramjas College, Delhi University for pursuing graduation. He has earned his acting credentials doing theatre. He is married to Neha, a Bollywood actress He started his career with a tele-serial Swaabhimaan aired on Doordarshan. He appeared in several small roles in films like

Bandit Queen before getting a big break in 1998 film
